Billing & Insurance

We currently accept cash pay and do not bill directly to insurance. We are accepted by certain scholarships, such as Step Up for Students and Family Empowerment. We also offer Superbills with advanced request, as some families have success with insurance reimbursement through this method. Contact us for further pricing information.

HERE’S OUR REFERRAL PROCESS

We accept referrals from pediatricians as well as self-referrals from parents. Our free consultation can help determine if our services would be a good fit for your child and your family.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Each evaluation includes a case history, parent interview, observation of the child’s communication and play, and a detailed assessment of their speech and oral motor skills. Feeding skills can also be assessed if you have concerns. Your therapist will provide you with a written evaluation within two weeks of the assessment.

  • Our complimentary consultation call allows your therapist to hear your concerns, gather information on your child’s development and current skills, and tell you if services are warranted or not.

  • We understand that waitlists in our area are very long, with clinics quoting 6-12 months just to get in for scheduled for an evaluation. We. work hard to avoid acquiring a waitlist and try to get you on a schedule right away. This sometimes means booking up to 12 weeks in advance, but this approach prioritizes your child being seen as promptly as possible.
