Neurodiversity affirming Speech & Feeding Services
Now serving Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto and Parrish, FL
Welcome to Wildflowers Pediatric Therapy
We are passionate about helping children and their families blossom by following a child-led approach to communication and feeding. We believe in focusing on a child’s strengths in order to help them reach their goals. Parent and caregiver education is also critical to ensuring children’s growth and success, and a key element to our therapeutic philosophy.

Speech Therapy
Specialized, play-based speech and language services for children who are non-speaking or are difficult to understand. We assess and treat articulation, phonology, apraxia, AAC, receptive/expressive language disorders, and gestalt language processing.
Feeding Therapy
Sensory-informed, responsive feeding intervention for infants and children who are struggling to eat an age-appropriate diet. We assess and treat feeding skills and oral motor structures and functions utilizing specialized training in AEIOU and Beckman Oral Motor therapies.
Parent Coaching
Virtual, personalized 1:1 coaching following a neurodiversity-affirming framework to guide parents in addressing behavioral concerns, mealtime battles, navigating referrals to specialists, and more. Ideal for parents with busy schedules who cannot attend in-person sessions.

Meet Your Speech Therapist
Erin West, M.S., CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Hey there! I’m Erin, and I’m so glad you’re here! By day, I get to hang out with some seriously awesome kids, exploring the world through their eyes and expanding their horizons through singing, laughing, playing, reading, and snacking! Pretty awesome, right? I love what I do and consider myself incredibly lucky for getting to know all the amazing tiny humans I’ve met along the way.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me trying to think outside the box - whether it’s coming up with creative projects, or just tackling everyday life. And speaking of kids, I have two of my own who have taught me so much and changed my perspective on life and therapy! It is all just one big, busy adventure, and I look forward to sharing some of the journey with you!

“Play is our brain's favorite way of learning.”
